Report: Man confesses to deadly beating of parents during 911 call

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — The man accused of murdering his parents called police to confess shortly after their deadly beating, a newly obtained arrest report reveals.
Adrian Bailey, 27, is facing two charges of open murder in the death of his parents, according to court records.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department received a call from Bailey around 11:28 p.m. on Saturday. He was heard asking the dispatcher to “take me in” for “murder.”
Bailey continued, apologizing to the dispatcher and stating, “I killed them” and that he couldn’t “take it anymore.” He told dispatchers that officers should “kill him on sight” because he was a danger to himself and others, the report states.
Bailey also admitted to drinking, but not using any drugs, according to investigators.
Officers say they found a small metal bat covered in blood at the top of a stairwell in the home, alongside blood spatter on the surrounding walls. The report notes that investigators believe the bat was used during the killing, suggesting one victim may have been struck in the stairwell and followed down the hall.
The victims have been identified as Kristine and Roger Bailey, who were both found with multiple blunt-force injuries.
Bailey is due in court on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025.
