FOX5 SUPER BUILD: Equipment for new playground installed

"10 out of 10!" Students of R.E. Tobler Elementary are the first to test out the Super Build Playground and give it a more than passing grade! The children of R.E. Tobler Elementary were on hand to break in the new playground and test out the equipment. Thanks to the removal of sand, this playground can now be enjoyed by family members who use walkers, wheelchairs and strollers. The playground renovation was made possible by our partners Southern Nevada Toyota Dealers, Barclays US Bank, Les Olson Company, KINROSS Nevada and Gene Haas Foundation.

Super Build Playground is officially open after a six-month, six-figure renovation! Students from R. E. Tobler Elementary School were on-site for the ribbon cutting ceremony and tested out the new equipment. This renovation included excavating sand, installing new play equipment and placing safer and more accessible rubber surfacing. This playground was designed by local kids of that area and made possible by our sponsors Southern Nevada Toyota Dealers, Barclays US Bank, Les Olson Company, KINROSS Nevada and Gene Haas Foundation. The Super Build playground is located at W. Wayne Bunker Family Park on the corner of Tenaya and Alexander Rd.
