(Meredith) – A victim with special needs was assaulted at a library in Dayton, Ohio, and the horrific ordeal was caught on camera, police said.

The video shows two people beating up an unidentified victim with special needs at the Northwest Library on November 28, 2018. The suspects are juveniles, sources claim.

“It’s very disturbing,” said Andrew Zecchini of the Dayton Police Department to WDTN. “(The fight) wasn’t provoked. Just out of nowhere, (they) started beating this victim for no reason. In the process of beating him, they took his money."

A library employee witnessed the fight and called police.

Police arrested two juveniles connected to the incident on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

Further details surrounding the investigation have not been released, including a possible motive for the attack.
