(Meredith) - Business is booming for a new doughnut shop in Texas, and it's all thanks to a viral tweet.
A young man named Billy posted photos to Twitter of his father's empty shop in Missouri City on Saturday.
"My dad is sad cause no one is coming to his new donut shop," he tweeted with a crying emoji.

Within hours, hundreds of people began to show interest. So, Billy tweeted the exact location of the store, which shares his first name.
Customers trickled into the family's bakery, and by Sunday, they were all sold out. Billy said the response has been "overwhelming."
"Just wanted to update yall!" Billy wrote. "We completely sold out of donuts and kolaches! You are all amazing. I can't thank everyone enough for coming out and supporting local businesses. This means so much to my family."
The tweet now has more than 740,000 likes and 330,000 retweets. Talk about a viral marketing campaign!
