LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -- Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) announced she would be visiting Las Vegas on Sunday as she begins to campaign for the presidency.
According to her campaign website, the event is scheduled to be held at the Springs Preserve, located at 333 South Valley View Boulevard.
Doors open at 2:30 p.m. and the event starts at 3 p.m., Warren's campaign site said. While tickets aren't required, it was encouraged that guests RSVP ahead of time.
In January, Warren announced she would be visiting Las Vegas on Jan. 25, but had to cancel the visit as the vote to end the partial government shutdown was coming up.
Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren cancelled what would have been her first visit to Nevada since launching her exploratory bid for president.
Warren officially announced her candidacy for president on Saturday.
