Nevada Highway Patrol introduced three new patrol cars with “ghost” designs, or vehicles with more transparent markings that are harder to see.

NHP said all three cars were issued to troopers during the graveyard shift and have already been successful. A trooper who was using one of the ghost cars made three driving under the influence arrests Wednesday night.

There are plans to include as many as six ghost patrol cars in the future, according to NHP.
