Las Vegas Harley Davidson kicks off the Toasty Buns Poker Chip Run, an event to raise money for the Children of the 58 Scholarship Fund, which assists the 55 children who lost a parent on October 1. Proceeds from the event will help send these children to college or a trade school.
The poker chip run starts at Las Vegas Harley-Davidson and ventures off to five different stops. At each stop, participants will gather a poker chip which will earn them points. The rider who collects the highest or lowest point total will be awarded cash prizes. The event concludes at the Hideaway, which will feature a performance from Thrill Billy Deluxe. Riders can participate in any sort of legal motorized vehicle, from two wheels to 18 wheels.
During the ride, food and beverages can be purchased at various locations. Event organizers stress the importance of safe driving and encourage riders to refrain from drinking, riding and driving.
Cost is $30 per rider and $15 per non rider.
