Officials add that collecting e-waste keeps harmful materials out of landfills while allowing recyclable parts to be reused. Disposing tires and bulky items also helps eliminate illegal dumping.

The city also thanked recreation staff and partners including Nevada State Recycling, Republic Services, the Bullhead City Fire Department and Mohave County.

Residents who missed Saturday’s event are urged to watch the City of Bullhead City’s website and official channels for future events.
