CLARK COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) - Nevada State Police and the U.S. Marshals have arrested a fugitive sex offender after they say he had absconded for four years.

He was booked into the Clark County Jail on Friday after being arrested in Mississippi earlier this month.
Police say Sullivan was wanted on a probation warrant after absconding from supervision in January 2022.
Sullivan had previously been convicted of possession of visual presentation depicting sexual conduct of a child. He was sentenced to 28 to 72 months in prison, suspended with probation not to exceed five years in October 2021.
