Child dies after drowning at Siegel Suites in central Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) confirmed that a child drowned at a pool at the Siegel Suites in the central valley near Flamingo and University Center.
Lt. Lorson with LVMPD said officers arrived on scene to find the child unresponsive. The young child was transported to Sunrise Hospital where they were later pronounced dead.
The Clark County Coroner’s Office identified the child as Quyten Reed, 5, from Las Vegas. His death was ruled an accident.
