Parents react to CCSD's hybrid plan for pre-K through 3rd grade students to return to school.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - March 1st -- that’s when some CCSD students will be returning to the classroom on a hybrid learning model.
After months of distance learning, kids are excited, but the reaction from parents and teachers is mixed.
Rebecca Garcia, a parent who runs the CCSD Parents Facebook group, provides insight into what parents want to know about the new plan.
