THE RANT
TOPIC: Clark County Collections, Court, Bank
NAME: Kay
RANT: Beware of the Justice Court not entering your response after paying the $33 fee. Evidently the Courts didn't enter my response, and a court date was held without me even knowing. A judgment was given to Clark County Collections even after I disputed the charges. The judgment was sent to Bank of America and the bank depleted $1,600 out of both my savings and checking account without notifying me of any judgment. The courts did not send me notice either. I can't believe that a collection agency can be given the money out of your bank accounts and leave you with a zero balance with pending amounts and overdraft charges. Who gives them the right?
TOPIC: Highway Study

RANT: So this study shows that our highways are congested most of the time. What a shock. When you have only two major highways that run through town and one road that circles the city, what do you expect? We can build 20 lanes in each direction on both U.S. 95 and I-15 and they would fill up in a matter of months during peak travel times. Between the uneven grade of the roads, the poorly designed and placed interchanges and accidents the police won't move off the roadway, it's no surprise to me our traffic sucks.

RANT: This is to the lady who said that all cats should be kept inside because of the incidents that have happened. (We all know what I'm talking about without mentioning it.) My cats go in and out the dog door. They are animals and they like the outside. If anything we all need to watch out for the weirdoes and not have to sacrifice our animal's day to day lives. I can't believe anyone would even do this. My heart goes out to the owners of these animals and hope we find whoever would do this. Especially around Halloween it makes me suspicious.

RANT: What really bothers me is if we are using our cell phones while driving and we get pulled over, we get tickets. But what about the cops? I've seen so many cops driving and using their cell phones and no one gets to give them a ticket. Is there a place or number where we can call and report what cops do?
TOPIC: Swine Flu Vaccine
NAME: Robert
RANT: I always thought people with chronic medical conditions were on the top list to get flu shots first. I guess diabetics and asthmatics aren't good enough to make the cut?
