Six people, including minors, shot outside house party in North Las Vegas

NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

North Las Vegas police said six people were shot at a large family house party in North Las Vegas on Saturday night.

Officers responded just before 10 p.m. the 3500 block of Coran Lane, near Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard.

Police said at least six people were shot, including some children who were in attendance at the party. Those who were shot included a 20-year-old male, an 18-year-old male, a 15-year-old male, an 18-year-old female, an 11-year-old female, and an unidentified male. 

Witnesses told police a black car pulled up to the house and began shooting. North Las Vegas police said the six individuals who were shot sustained non-life threatening injuries.

The male shooter was still on the run as of Sunday morning, according to North Las Vegas police. A motive also remained unclear, but police said they do not believe this to be a random act of violence.
