LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A man was rescued from a central Las Vegas wash late Monday night. 

Clark County Fire Department crews responded to the 800 block of East Flamingo Road, near Maryland Parkway at 10:12 p.m. A man was trapped in swift water in the wash, according to a release. 

Firefighters used ground ladders and ropes to rescue the man from the flood channel. Officials said he was not injured.
