Wind Advisory continues in Southern Nevada

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Strong, gusty winds are expected to continue in Southern Nevada on Friday. 

A Wind Advisory is in effect officially until 7 p.m. on Friday for the Las Vegas Valley.

Forecast models are predicting wind speeds will stay in the 15 to 30 mph range with gusts up to 50 mph.

A few clouds will also be moving through the Valley with high temperatures expecting to be in the mid-70s.

Colder air is in the weekend forecast with high temperatures dropping into the low 60s.

A few neighborhoods in Southern Nevada can actually drop into the 30-degree range overnight during the weekend.
