Medical examiners identified the victim as Jordan Taitano, 42. He died of multiple gunshot wounds, and his manner of death was homicide, the coroner's office ruled.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, officers were called to East Twain Avenue near Palos Verdes Street at 8:19 p.m. Monday. They located a man who was suffering from a gunshot wound.

The victim was taken to Sunrise Hospital, where he later died.

The victim was shot twice in the chest by a person on a bike in front of Crown Liquors, police said.
