LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The Wynn Las Vegas announced that valet services will no longer be complimentary in the near future for guests visiting the resort.

Beginning mid-December 2016, Wynn and Encore hotel-casino will begin charging for valet services.

According to Deanna Pettit-Irestone, Public Relations Executive Director at the Wynn Las Vegas, the valet charge will vary depending on duration of stay.

Guests visiting the resort will be expected to pay $13 for under 4 hours and $18 when using the valet service 4 to 24 hours according to the resort.

Self-parking will continue to be complimentary for guests who choose to park in the self-park garages located at the hotel.

According to Wynn Las Vegas the self-parking option remains free of charge at this time.

This announcement by the Wynn follows Caesars Entertainment plans on a paid parking program.
