Man sought in attack of hotel guest in downtown Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Police released images of a person they believe is connected to an attack at a downtown Las Vegas hotel last month.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, the incident took place in the stairwell of the hotel. Police said a black male attacked a female guest before running of on foot.

Police described the person tied to the incident as 6'3" to 6'5" in height, 210 to 230 pounds, with a muscular build and short and shaved hair. The attacker was last seen wearing casual clothes and a dark hat, police said.

Police urged anyone with information on the case to contact Metro's Sex Crimes Section at 702-828-3421 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
