LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Police believe two men were the people responsible for multiple robbery sprees in the east and south Las Vegas Valley this month.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, the first of the robberies took place between 1 a.m. and 1:45 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8. Three consecutive holdups took place at convenience stores in the east Valley.

The second set of robberies took place between 2:45 a.m. and 3:15 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12. At least three more holdups took place in the south side of the Valley.

During the holdups, a black man in his late teens to early 20s enters the businesses while wearing a black hoodie with a white zipper and black athletic pants with a Nike "swoosh" symbol on the leg. This person uses a handgun to commit the robbery, then exits the store and gets into an awaiting vehicle.

The other person involved is described as a young black man who waits in the parking lot in a large tan GM sport-utility vehicle.

Police disclosed images of the armed robber and the vehicle involved.

Police urged anyone with information on the case to contact Metro's Robbery Section at 702-828-3591 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555
