LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas Fire and Rescue responded to a fire at a vacant building that had caught on fire several times in the past.

Crews responded to the fire at 12:41 a.m. Monday at 240 Cincinnati Avenue, near Sahara Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard.

Arriving crews found heavy flames and smoke coming from the vacant two-story apartment building, the department said. The blaze was out in about 10 minutes.

No injuries were reported, the department said.

The cause of the fire and estimated damage remain under investigation.

The department said the building has caught fire several times in the past. The most recent was in September. A squatter inside the building at the time escaped, but received minor burns in the process.

The Clark County Fire Department also assisted with the fire.
