LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

A former rival to Hillary Clinton is set to talk up the Democratic nominee for president in Las Vegas on Sunday.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-VT, is scheduled to be in Las Vegas to campaign for Clinton as well as other Nevada Democrats up for election.

Sanders is scheduled to speak at 2:15 p.m. on the College of Southern Nevada campus, located at 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave.

Sanders was, at one-time, the main challenger to Clinton's path to the Democratic nomination for president.

Sanders is expected to pitch raising the minimum wage, free college tuition, get out the vote and an end to a "broken" criminal justice system, according to Clinton's camp.

Sanders' appearance comes two days before Election Day on Nov. 8.
