NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

North Las Vegas police said they are investigating reports of shots fire at a Walmart parking lot Monday.

Police responded at 11:03 a.m. to the store located at 1807 West Craig Road, near Martin Luther King Boulevard.

According to Officer Ann Cavaricci, of North Las Vegas police, the preliminary investigation suggested two groups of people were fighting in the parking lot prior to the shooting.

No victims were found, but a vehicle did sustain damage from the gunfire, Cavaricci said

The suspects left the area, Cavaricci said.

The incident remains under investigation.
