NORTH LAS VEGAS, NV (FOX5) -

North Las Vegas police said a missing four-year-old girl has been found safe Friday morning.

Police said Kylee Boyd was reunited with her family in good health.

Police added 48-year-old Vernon Barnes, who was last seen with Boyd, was also found safe.

Boyd was reported missing Thursday at 6:40 p.m. She was last seen in the area of Owens Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard with Barnes, a close family relative. The pair was on their way to her North Las Vegas home.

Boyd’s family said there has been no contact with Barnes. They were concerned for the safety of Boyd and fear he may not be able to care for her.

Boyd was described as an African American girl, about 3’6” tall and 40 pounds. She was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt with a neon pink sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Barnes was described as an African American man, about 5’8” tall, 185 pounds, bald, with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a blue and white checkered shirt with blue jeans.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Boyd and Barnes is asked to call North Las Vegas police at 702-633-9111.
