Vince Neil strikes deal in Las Vegas battery case

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil struck a deal in a misdemeanor battery case in Las Vegas Thursday.

Neil entered a guilty plea for the April incident.

Las Vegas Metro police said Neil, who was with Nicholas Cage at the time, grabbed a woman by the hair when she attempted to get an autograph from the actor. The woman was sent to the ground.

Neil received a 120 day suspended sentence and was order to stay out of trouble. He will also have to pay a $1,000 fine and complete impulse counseling.

A judge set his next court date for Jan. 19 for a status check.
