Fight at gas pump leads to fatal shooting in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas Metro police said a fight led to a fatal shooting at a gas pump Thursday. 

Police responded to the incident at 6:15 a.m. at the Chevron Terrible's station near Lake Mead Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard.

According to police, one suspect got into a fight with the victim at the gas pump. During the fight, another person walked up and shot the victim. 

The victim died at the scene, police said. 

Police said there is a high possibility that the victim and suspects knew each other. 

The two suspects left the scene in a grey four-door sedan, police said. The pair was left scene heading westbound on Lake Mead Boulevard. 

Police described the suspect involved in the fight as a Hispanic or white male. He was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and dark colored jeans. 

The other suspect with the firearm was described as a white male, approximately 5'10" tall with a medium build. He was last seen wearing black short and and a black t-shirt.

The Clark County Coroner's Office will later release the name of the suspect.
