LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

After Hillary Clinton's running mate spars in Tuesday night's vice presidential debate, Tim Kaine will be heading to Las Vegas as part of a voting registration rally.

The Democratic senator from Virginia will take part in a Nevada Democratic Party rally set for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters Training Center. Doors for the event open at 4:30 p.m.

According to Clinton's camp, Kaine is expected to discuss the presidential candidate's plan for building the economy. People interest in attending the rally can RSVP at this link.

Kaine's appearance will be exactly a day removed from Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's appearance in the Las Vegas Valley on Wednesday. Trump is slated to appear at the Henderson Pavilion.

Tuesday night's vice presidential campaign between Kaine and Republican Gov. Mike Pence, Trump's running mate, will take place in Richmond, VA.
