LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Las Vegas Metro police said they are investigating a suspicious death Saturday night.

Police responded at 7:25 p.m. to the 5300 block of Surrey Street, near Hacienda Avenue and Eastern Avenue.

Police said a man in his late 20s was found inside a home with gunshot wounds.

A roommate discovered the man, police said. Three roommates were at the scene talking to police and a fourth was traveling back from California.

Police said a roommate told officers it appeared the home was ransacked and two guns are possibly missing.

Police said they were looking for a 2016 Hyundai Veloster with Nevada license plate "RAAPTOR." That vehicle was recovered about 2:30 a.m. several blocks away from the crime scene.

The investigation remains ongoing.

The Clark County Coroner's Office will later release the identity of the deceased.
