2 hurt after car slams into wall in downtown Vegas

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Two people were injured Wednesday in a crash involving a vehicle that slammed into a wall in downtown Las Vegas.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, the crash was reported in the area of 10th Street and Bonneville Avenue at 11:42 a.m.

Two people involved in the crash were transported to University Medical Center Trauma. Police initially said their injuries did not appear to be fatal.

Eastbound Bonneville was shut down to traffic from 10th to Maryland Parkway, according to police.

Other details of the crash, including what lead to it, was not immediately disclosed.
