LAS VEGAS (FOX5/AP) -

Mixed-martial arts fighter Jonathan Koppenhaver, legally known as "War Machine," pleaded not guilty to all charges, including counts added on Wednesday, in a Las Vegas assault case involving his ex-girlfriend.

Prosecutors added more felony charges, including kidnapping and assault, for Koppenhaver, who appeared in a Las Vegas court room on Wednesday for the first time since being arrested in California.

Koppenhaver was brought back to Southern Nevada over the weekend after being held in Ventura County, CA since Aug. 15.

He had fled from police after being named a suspect in the reported assault at the Las Vegas home of his ex-girlfriend Christine Mackinday, who is also known as Christy Mack.

On Wednesday, prosecutors accused him of attacking Mack multiple times over 15 months. Koppenhaver entered not guilty pleas to all charges against.

In court, a judge set no bail for Koppenhaver. His next appearance was scheduled for Oct. 17.

According to court documents, the cage fighter was the suspect in the Aug. 8 attack at the Mackinday's residence.

Citing Mackinday's account, Las Vegas Metro police stated the 32-year-old Koppenhaver entered the woman's home, found she and another man sleeping in her bed and began punching the male victim in the face.

In a warrant declaration, police said after assaulting the male victim, Koppenhaver turned his attention to Mackinday, punching her several times in the face and later kicking her in the ribs. Mackinday was able to escape her home and seek help while Koppenhaver went to find a kitchen knife in the incident, documents stated.

Mackinday was treated at a local hospital with severe facial injuries as well as knocked-out teeth. Mackinday's supporters said they hoped to raise $100,000 for her. As of Tuesday, the account has raised more than $85,000.

Koppenhaver's other charges include battery with substantial bodily harm, strangulation, two counts of domestic violence-related battery, domestic violence-related kidnapping, domestic violence-related open and gross lewdness and domestic-violence related attempted murder.
