TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Tucson Fire investigators are trying to figure out what caused a house fire in midtown overnight. 

The fire was reported at 2:30 Tuesday morning by Tucson Police officers patrolling in the area at the time. The fire was located in the 900 block of North Montezuma near Alvernon and Speedway.

Tucson Fire Public Information Officer Barrett Baker tells Tucson News Now that one person has to find a place to stay as the home is heavily damaged and is considered a total loss.
