TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - Search and Rescue teams had a busy day in the mountains around Tucson this weekend.

First the Pima County Sheriff's Department had to air lift a hiker out of Redington Pass on Sunday afternoon.  The woman injured her ankle while she and a group of friends were walking their dogs.  One of the dogs also had to be carried to safety.

Shortly after this rescue, crews were able to find and rescue a 21-year-old woman who was reported missing near Tanque Verde Falls.

The last rescue occurred as a 57-year-old man was rescued after he broke his ankle while hiking Romero Trail, north of Tucson.
