The management structure for Spartan Suites reflects COCMs shared governance arrangement, in which COCM provides facilities services and Norfolk State and COCM collaborate for the residence life programming.
We are honored to serve as management partner for Spartan Suites and our housing professionals are committed to enhancing the living / learning experience for the Norfolk State student residents, said Alton Irwin, Chief Marketing Officer for COCM. With the addition of Spartan Suites, we now serve 26 campuses nationwide.
