Las Vegas Metro police said one person was injured when a hotel shuttle failed to clear a height restriction bar at McCarran Airport's Terminal 1.

Metro's Lt. John Liberty said the accident happened before 4 p.m. Thursday and that the victim's injuries weren't life-threatening.

The accident occurred in the passenger pickup area, which police closed following the wreck.

Drivers were urged to use the short-term lot to pick up arriving passengers.

The accident scene was cleared at 6:30 p.m. and the roadway was reopened to traffic.
