LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Downtown Las Vegas will play host to a pair of free concerts Friday, one featuring an up-and-coming singer and the other slated with nostalgia acts from the 1990s.

Downtown Container Park at East Fremont Street and North Seventh Street is bringing back the monthly Under the Lights concert series with a show headlined by indie pop songstress Sky Ferreira.

The open-air venue will also play host to sets by DJs Doorly and Technicolor as well as custom art installations.

The show presented by producers Off Sixth and Downtown Project debuted in June. The concert is free for people 21 years old and older and it starts at 9:30 p.m. More information on the show can be found at facebook.com/underthelightslv.

Meanwhile, under the lighted canopy of Fremont Street Experience, the tourist hotbed will play host to a slate of modern rock acts who gained stardom in the 1990s.

The Summerland Tour will rock the First Street stage at 9 p.m. featuring Everclear, Soul Asylum, Eve 6 and Spacehog.
