(KLTV) - If there was ever a debate about whether or not dogs can express their feelings, this video will put it to rest.

After being deployed overseas for six months, Navy Lt. Gary Daugherty returned home to his dog, Bugaboo, for the first time.

Bugaboo leaps into his owner's arms and covers him with kisses, whimpering and crying with joy the entire time.

"What a beautiful and wonderful reunion," wrote one YouTube commenter. "I got teary-eyed, too. Must be the onions I was peeling at the time."

The video has over nine million views on YouTube.
