Tonopah man faces 20 counts of sex exploitation

TONOPAH, AZ (CBS5) -

A Phoenix man was arrested at his home Wednesday night on 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

David Wilhoite was also booked into jail on two counts of unlawful disclosure, film without consent.

Detectives from the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at his home in the area of 7800 S. 349th Ave. at about 9:30 p.m.

ICAC detectives said they found numerous items of child pornography. Wilhoite is also accused of surreptitiously taking photos of a young female he knows in a private residence, according to Phoenix police Sgt. Tommy Thompson.
