LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The Clark County Coroner's Office released the identity of a person who, police said, died in the southeast end of Las Vegas on Tuesday.

Medical examiners did not immediately disclose on Wednesday the cause of death for 23-year-old Dylan Joshua Salazar, of Las Vegas.

Police said they were investigating a homicide in the parking lot at the Sportsman's Royal Manor at the intersection of East Tropicana Avenue and Boulder Highway.

A resident told a FOX5 crew at the scene that they heard gunshots, looked out a window and saw that a man in a pickup had been shot. He said the pickup then backed into a cement wall.
