FLAGSTAFF, AZ (CBS5) -

A tip from an alert resident led authorities to a pair of boys missing since Saturday in northern Arizona.

Gregorio Mocasque, 13, and Troy Stallings, 11, were taken into custody without incident shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday near a pond off of Foster Road.

Law enforcement officials had actually contacted the resident earlier in the day and warned of the possible danger the runaways posed. The woman was given a flier that included photographs of both subjects.

The boys were last seen Saturday at about 11 p.m. in the Doney Park area east of Flagstaff.

Coconino County sheriff's deputies and Flagstaff police officers found a weapon they may have carried abandoned in an area close to Turkey Hill and Foster Road in the Doney Park subdivision.
