LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Police believed a fight at an automotive repair business may have sparked gunshots that killed one person and injured two others.

Las Vegas Metro police said the shooting happened on Western Avenue, near Sahara Avenue and Martin Luther King Boulevard, just before 6 p.m. Sunday.

The office of the Clark County coroner on Monday identified the deceased as John Benjamin Kraai, 42. His cause of death was listed as gunshot to the torso, a homicide.

Police noted there may have been a possible employee relationship between the people involved and that the incident began as a verbal altercation inside a business.

Police also have yet to confirm who fired the shots but did say they have all potential suspects in custody.

This marks the 11th homicide in Metro's jurisdiction in 2014.
