LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The UNLV men's basketball team is looking to shake off a disappointing 68-56 loss to New Mexico on Wednesday in Boise this weekend.

The Runnin' Rebels will take on Boise State beginning at 6:05 p.m. on Saturday.

UNLV took its first meeting with the Broncos 73-69 on Feb. 1 at the Thomas & Mack Center. The team came back from double-digit deficits in the second half and finished the game on a 17-2 run.

UNLV is currently alone in third place in the Mountain West, while Boise State sits at fifth. The teams are only separated by a game.

The Runnin' Rebels are fourth in the county in blocked shots per game at 6.6.

FOX5 will have coverage of the game beginning at 10 p.m. on Saturday and in-depth coverage on The Reb Zone at 11 p.m. on Sunday.
