Police were looking for a woman they said grabbed a casino patron's purse and threw her to the ground.
Las Vegas Metro police said the incident happened at a casino in the 4000 block of Boulder Highway about 10:15 a.m. on Feb. 2.
According to Metro, the woman asked for money from the victim. The woman then grabbed the victim's purse and attempted to leave the casino.
Police said the victim struggled with the suspect but was thrown to the ground, allowing the suspect to exit the casino with the purse.
Police described the suspect as a black woman, about 25 to 30 years old with a heavy build. She was last seen wearing a tan coat with fur hood, pink shirt, gold hoop earrings, blue hat, dark pants and pink slippers.
