Suspect in 2 Vegas bank holdups tied to another robbery

LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Police say the man suspected of two bank holdups near Flamingo and Pecos roads in January struck again this month.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, the person robbed a bank branch in the area of Flamingo and Koval Lane on Feb. 6 at about 2:45 p.m.

In the holdup, police said the man approached a teller and handed a note demanding money. After the teller complied, the suspect fled.

The robberies played out similarly to the previous holdups tied to the suspect. Police said the first of the previous robberies occurred on Jan. 21 about 11 a.m. in the area of Flamingo and Pecos roads. The second robbery occurred on Jan. 29 about 12:25 p.m. near the same intersection.

The man is described as white, between 45 and 60 years old, about 5'7" tall with a medium build and brown hair. In the Feb. 6 robbery, he was last seen wearing a black ball cap, gray, fleece zip-up sweater jacket and blue jeans.
