LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

The 911 call placed by the man who found a Las Vegas judge unconscious in a park restroom last month was released by police Wednesday.

On Dec. 15, 2013, Justice of the Peace Eric Goodman was found lying on the floor of the restroom at South Tower Park in Summerlin, near the intersection of Charleston Boulevard and Vista Run Drive, according to police.

Investigators said Goodman suffered serious head injuries, and attributed those to the fall he took when he lost consciousness. They said there was no evidence that Goodman had been attacked.

A call for help placed by a man who found Goodman in the park seems to support that assessment.

"[A] man was passed out, vomiting and bleeding in the bathroom," the caller told the emergency dispatcher. "Like he was maybe running."

The caller said Goodman was up and walking around by the time he called 911. The dispatcher tells the caller to make Goodman sit down until help arrives.

During her recent State of the City address, Mayor Carolyn Goodman, who is the mother of Eric Goodman, said her son had part of his skull removed as part of the treatment for his injuries. She said her son has no recollection of what happened.
