PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A Chandler resident has claimed Arizona's Powerball $2 million second prize winning ticket from Saturday's drawing.

It was the 29th second place winning ticket won in Arizona since the game was changed to $2.

Albert Yates purchased the Power Play option, which doubled his second place $1 million prize to $2 million. This is the first $2 million Powerball with Power Play win in Arizona.

Yates said he purchased his winning ticket at a Fry's Marketplace at 985 E. Riggs Rd. in Chandler. He purchased a total of three Quick Picks and said he always purchases the Power Play option.

Yates said he works in the computer field and plans to meet with a financial advisor to evaluate the best way to save for retirement. The couple plans to pay off some bills and take a small trip to celebrate their win.

The next Powerball draw is on Wednesday, Jan. 29, for an estimated $171 million jackpot.
