Metro police are looking for several people in connection with a shooting Monday afternoon on the east side of Las Vegas.
Police said that at about 5:30 p.m., the victim was outside an apartment complex on East Sahara Avenue near Nellis Boulevard when he or she was approached by several people.
For unknown reasons, the victim was shot in the arm or shoulder. The victim was taken to Sunrise Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police have not taken anyone into custody and have not identified a suspect. Metro's Gang Crimes Bureau is investigating the shooting.
