LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

If you're not up for traveling to Ann Arbor, MI, and sitting in open-air Michigan Stadium with temperatures in the teens along with 110,000 people for the NHL's Winter Classic on New Year's Day, the Las Vegas Wranglers have the next best thing.

The Wranglers on Wednesday will play in the Indoor Winter Classic 2, with the puck set to drop at 2:05 p.m.

The Wranglers have struggled this season, but hope to keep the trophy in Las Vegas, having beaten the Ontario Reign 3-2 a year ago. This year, the team will square off with the Bakersfield Condors.

Last year, the game featured a snowstorm of sorts.

The team on Monday unveiled its Indoor Winter Classic jersey, which features an alternate Wranglers crest and a color gradient which shifts from red to a deep plum hue.

Game-worn jerseys will be auctioned off following the game, with one fan winning roughhousing forward Adam Huxley's jersey right off his back.
