One man is dead after being shot at Boulder Highway and east Sahara Avenue early Sunday morning.
Police said at approximately 4:30 a.m., two men were arguing when one of the men pulled out a gun and shot the other man.
Medical teams transported the wounded man to Sunrise Hospital, where he later died.
Watch Commander Sasha Larkin says patrol officers received information that the other individual involved in the altercation had fled the area on a bus. Officers located the bus in the area of Bruce and Freemont Street where the suspect, later identified as 36-year-old Luis Pimentel, was taken into custody without incident, police say.
The Clark County coroner has not yet released the identity of the victim.
