LAS VEGAS (FOX5) -

Police released Tuesday images of a robbery suspect seen holding up a business in the west end of Las Vegas.

According to Las Vegas Metro police, a man walked into a convenience store near Valley View and Charleston boulevards just after 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 24.

Police said the man pointed what appeared to be a firearm wrapped in a plastic bag. The man demanded money from the store, which the clerk handed over.

The suspect fled the store.

Police described the suspect as a black man in his 40s. He was last seen wearing a red and black cap, gray hooded sweatshirt, light pants and dark shoes.

Police urged anyone with information on the case to contact Metro's Robbery Section at 702-828-3591 or Crime Stoppers at 702-385-5555.
