The UNLV men's basketball team, 3-3, will play outside of the confines of the Thomas & Mack Center for the first time this season when they meet No. 2 Arizona at McKale Center on Saturday.
The Runnin' Rebels are the only Mountain West team to have yet to play a road or neutral-site game this season. UNLV's six contests have been in Las Vegas.
The trip to Tucson will be a challenge. The Wildcats' annual "white out" game is sold out and will be televised on ESPN2. A listen link will be available on UNLVRebels.com. The game gets started at 2:15 p.m.
UNLV is coming off a 30-point win over UT Martin last Saturday with junior Roscoe Smith recording his fourth double-double of the year with 13 points and 19 rebounds.
Smith has grabbed 10 or more rebounds in every game this season with at least 19 in his last four games.
Prior to the UT Martin game, the Rebels lost 86-80 to Arizona State on Nov. 19 and 61-59 to Illinois on Nov. 26.
