Maroon 5 was announced as the designated New Year's Eve act at Mandalay Bay Events Center.
The Strip venue said the eclectic pop-rock group will stage back-to-back nights of shows Monday, Dec. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 31. Each show begins at 8 p.m.
Tickets, which start at $110, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com.
The group spent much of 2013 charting Billboard with hits Daylight and Love Somebody of its latest album Overexposed.
Lead singer Adam Levine also maintained his presence throughout as a coach on the music competition show The Voice.
The pre-NYE shows match a double-bill in Las Vegas starring the group during the run-up to New Year's Day 2012. Maroon 5 performed once more this past March as part of its Underexposed Tour.
